The appointment-setting supervisor is the key manager of our appointment-setting team of about 15 agents to drive profitable revenue growth and delight our clients.

As a true leader for our team and direct point of contact for our operations, advertising, and account management team, it is your overall responsibility to ensure that our agents are performing well, following the process, and that our clients are getting enough quality shown appointments to hit their targets.

The appointment-setting manager will follow systems and procedures to conduct 1-1 team meetings with our agents, host daily role-plays and call reviews, and write the scripts for new clients.

On an ongoing basis, you will be responsible for reviewing each client and agent’s performance and then coaching and making recommendations for adjustments, as necessary.

During the weekly 1-1’s you will connect with your agents on a personal and professional level to help them overcome any obstacles in their way to exceed their targets and develop.

Where necessary you will need to hold our agents accountable to stay on top of their responsibilities and to direct our team to make adjustments to better serve our clients’ goals.

On our daily role-plays, it will be the Appointment Setting Supervisor’s responsibility to excite our agents to serve our clients and the leads we have. Here we will also have the opportunity to train our agents on strategies they can use to perform better.

Ultimately, an appointment-setting supervisor will provide excellent guidance to both our agents and team to ensure that everyone is on the same page and achieving results so we can have an enduring and profitable joint relationship with our clients.

We’re looking for a world-class Sales Appointment Setting Supervisor to join our team of 27 and help us pursue our mission of solving the number one problem that most businesses face… Getting more customers!

You’ll be directly responsible for:

  • Onboarding & training new agents to KPI

  • Conducting 2nd interviews with qualified new appointment-setting candidates

  • Hosting daily role-play huddles with our appointment-setting teams to guide on role-plays, conduct call reviews, and cover wins

  • Hosting weekly 1-1 meetings with each of our agents

  • Coaching agents, as necessary, to ensure they’re hitting KPI, following our processes and systems, and meeting our quality standards

  • Building, developing, recruiting, and retaining a winning team of active and aggressive agents

  • Conduct monthly appraisals of agents’ performance and take corrective action as necessary

  • Build a culture of success, recognition, learning, and winning

  • Identifying any opportunities to improve our clients’ results and then resolving or relaying them to our team or clients for assistance

  • Building relationships with our agents that turn them into raving fans resulting in referrals and positive reviews (our team is our family, so we are looking for someone who can embody and treat them as such)

  • And attending weekly team huddles with our herd of marketing & sales bulls to talk science & strategies to improve our client’s results

This is a fast-paced environment and is best for someone who:

  • Is data-driven and relies on numbers and statistics to make better decisions

  • Is a leader and coaches and guides people to make decisions that are in their best interest when necessary

  • Is passionate about call center or sales team results and business

  • Is social and has a love for helping people achieve their goals

  • Is an A-Player that follows through with what they say they’re going to do

  • Won’t settle for anything, but being the best at what they do

  • Is coachable & hungry to continue to grow and learn

  • Is attentive to details

  • Is proficient with CRMs, Google Drive, and spreadsheets

Our dream candidate:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in sales team or appointment-setting management

  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives

  • Must possess strong communication skills, a strong worth ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to coach and mentor others in a sales environment

  • Has an affinity for medical, holistic, alternative medicine approaches (that’s our clients)

  • Has a stable & reliable internet connection (it’s 100% remote)

  • Can work flexible, but rather normal business hours (9-5 eastern, M-F)

  • Can get started quickly

This role is completely remote so you will need to be comfortable working from home or in a remote office setting sitting behind your computer for prolonged periods of time.
